Fixes

• Fix deliverables saying invoiced requested at ‘invalid date’ in the project profile.
• Fix error updating equipment.

Improvements

• Add a ‘deliverable count’ column to the invoice list in the project profile.
• Add in the invoice requested at time in the the invoice list in the project profile.

New

• Add ability to ‘unrequest’ an invoice to be deleted.

Changes

• Only able to delete an invoice is there are no deliverables associated to it.
